   Vinland Lutheran Preschool is a learning community of grace where children and their relationships are nurtured; their imaginations and creativity are enlivened; and their unique personhood honored.

   The preschool staff structure the learning environment, daily schedule and curriculum according the class and their developmental levels. Each year is a bit different because each year presents a different dynamic of personalities.

   Children learn best when playing, and we provide a safe, healthy place for them to learn, grow and explore. Each child is wonderfully made and loved by God, and we love them, too.

   One of the very unique and wonderful aspects of our preschool is the opportunity to learn outdoors in our DISCOVERY PLAY GARDEN. It is a fully fenced area with all natural materials. There is grassy field for running, an extra large sand pit for digging and building, a wooden structure for climbing and sliding, a small wooded area with trails for exploring, raised beds for gardening, and tricycles for riding.

   Our head teacher, Ms. Lori, has 20+ years experience teaching preschool. She observes the children and provides for learning experiences which meet each child at his or her level of development along with meeting the needs of the group. The preschool classes are mixed age in order to foster relationship building and maximize learning. Ms. Lori teaches each of the classes with an assistant teacher, and she sees their development from one year to the next.

   Director, Ms. Sherry, fosters relationship building among the families and children. There are family gatherings and family field trips, newsletters, and educational articles. Parents are welcome to help in the classroom as desired.

   Vinland Lutheran Preschool is a ministry of Vinland Lutheran Church which proclaims and shares the love of Jesus Christ. The Preschool admits students and families of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion, and sexual orientation. Church membership is not required to attend the preschool.

Tue./Wed./Thur. 9:15 a.m. - noon for 3-5 year old children (FULL)

Tue./Wed./Thur. 12:30 - 3:15 p.m. for 3-5 year old children (Space avail.)

Fridays, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. for 2-3 year old children (Space avail.)

TUITION
3-5 year old classes -- $1900/year ($190 per payment)
2-3 year old class -- $530/year ($53 per payment)
Registration Fee (non-refundable): $50 ($35 for additional sibling enrolled)
Limited Tuition Assistance is available.
