- A sturdy plastic box with lid
- Permanent Markers in various colors
- Supplies to fill box. Some ideas include: Looseleaf paper, Graph Paper, Pens, Pencils & Sharpener, Crayons, Markers or Color Pencils, Scissors, Glue Sticks and/or Tape, Ruler, Calculator, 3 x 5 Cards, Flash Cards, Kitchen Timer
Have your child decorate their Homework Survival Kit using permanent markers. Fill box with grade appropriate supplies.
I like to have a box for each child so they can quietly work on their projects without having to wait for turns. For fun I will leave notes in their box to find as they are working or even add a "Smarties" Candy, or Hershey's "Kisses".
