Katie Gordon created her tutoring service in 2020 to help students navigate their way through their “new normal” of online school due to the pandemic. In the beginning days of her service, she would go to student’s homes. Being a mobile tutor helped students feel comfortable in their home environment, which is where they were spending their days academically. As time progressed, Katie decided to shift and opened her home to her students with a dedicated learning environment. While in her home, students meet her adorable roommate, Hope, and get to bond with Katie over their love of the cute pup.

It is a great way for children to break down the skills they are missing so the gaps do not look so unachievable to them. This is where Katie’s students gain more confidence in their learning. Senses that Student A may find helpful, may not work for Students B and C. You would be amazed at how far your child can go by using multiple senses to learn.
