Description
Mama Moves Kitsap is a nurse led, postpartum movement group that takes bi-monthly walks in parks. They incorporate a mindfulness component in addition to a walking portion to comprise 90 minutes of togetherness. They believe movement is for every BODY and welcome all postpartum parents as long as they are cleared by their OB or Midwife for movement. They welcome families to bring their little ones with them in a stroller or baby carriers. A few loaner baby carriers are available to borrow for the sessions, snacks and rain ponchos (just in case)!
